These prestigious awards give recognition to teachers (individuals and teams) renowned for teaching excellence, who have made a broad and deep contribution to enhancing the quality of learning and teaching at Murdoch University. Five awards of $4,000 each will be presented by the Vice Chancellor at the University Awards ceremony, together with a certificate.

08 Apr 2014Results from Murdoch University’s Earth HourA team of volunteer auditors blitzed through 10 buildings on the South Street and Peel campuses at lunchtime on Friday 28 March to encourage participation and identify and reward those participating in the University’s Earth Hour. Hundreds of staff and students contributed by shutting off lights, computers and other electrical items for some, or all, of the Hour. A big thank you to everyone who took part in this event!

25 Mar 2014Murdoch Academic Passport (MAP) now available to all students through self-enrolmentOne of the ways in which Murdoch supports new students in their studies is Murdoch Academic Passport (MAP), an online learning module designed to introduce you to academic integrity and other requirements of good quality academic writing. If you are a commencing student, you have already been enrolled in MAP and can access the module through MyUnits. If you are not a new student, but wish to or have been asked to complete MAP, you can now self-enrol in the module.
