This new system will make it easier for students, staff, and visitors to report hazards and incidents on campus using their Murdoch login or QR codes. It will roll out in two phases: first with enhanced hazard/incident reporting, followed by risk management functionality.
We're inviting all students to submit a name idea for the system, and the best one will win a $200 Westfield voucher!

The winner will be contacted on Thursday, 31 July via phone or email.

The winner’s name will be published through a variety of channels including the Staff Intranet, Student Portal and Viva Engage. If you are selected as the winner, the HSW Team will gain permission from you prior to publishing your name and/or photo.
