Semester 2 is coming – More Classes, More Motivation!

Get ready — we’re returning to full capacity for Semester 2, and that means more energy, more variety, and more ways to move!

Our full Group Fitness Timetable is coming back, and it’s bigger and better than ever. From early-morning bootcamps to lunchtime yoga and everything in between, there’s something for everyone. Whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, or just stay active and feel good — we’ve got a class for you.

What Else Is Happening at the Gym?

As we kick off for Semester 2, here’s what’s new:

FREE PT Sessions

Did you know as a full paying member of the gym you are entitled to free personal training sessions? Partner up with one of our senior prac students for a one-on-one appraisal. They’ll get to know your goals and tailor a workout plan just for you.

MPower Lift Challenge

Ready to challenge yourself? The MPower Lift Challenge kicks off on 21st July — a four-week event designed to help you hit your personal best. Take on one or all of six strength-based challenges. Drop by the gym or visit our website to find out more.

Murdoch Moves Classes

Our Murdoch Moves classes are a great way of supporting our senior prac students and keeping active. Best of all, our Murdoch Moves classes are completely FREE to all Murdoch students, staff and alumni. Classes for Semester 2 include Weight circuits, Bootcamp and Rise & Grind.
