To create awareness about the importance of Mental Health Week, Murdoch University is offering free fitness classes to students and staff, highlighting the powerful link between physical activity and mental wellbeing.

- 4-5pm – Learn to Lift
Wednesday 8 October
- 7-8AM – Rise & Grind
- 8-9am – One for All
Thursday 9 October
- 7-8am – Bootcamp
- 4-5pm – Learn to Lift
Friday 10 October
- 8-9am – Stretch & Mobility
*All students and staff are required to complete a casual membership agreement form prior to attending a group fitness class.
