In our demanding lives, it can be hard to find time to slow down and calm our minds and bodies from the very many stresses that a busy life entails. Many studies have shown that spending time in nature is one of the best ways to find peace of mind and de-stress.
Join award-winning writer Dr. Nandi Chinna – Research Consultant, Mindfulness and Creativity Facilitator, Poet for an immersive experience in Murdoch’s bushlands. Through breath awareness, deep listening, and a silent sensory walk, you'll explore the calming power of nature — then express your reflections through creative, poetic writing.
