We’re looking for students who are passionate about the use of technology in learning and teaching and excited to support students, staff, and community members in the use of immersive technologies and other learning technologies across Murdoch’s campuses.

What You'll Do:

• Provide support for learning technologies to staff at Murdoch, with a current focus on the use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Extended Reality (XR) in Murdoch's growing number of Digital Immersive Labs.
• Set up, demonstrate, and provide basic technical support to students and community members attending VR and XR sessions.

• Provide support for using other learning technologies, including the facilities in Boola Katitjin, as required.
• Connect with other staff support teams and guide staff and students to support channels and resources.

We are looking for students who:

• Have progressed in their studies at Murdoch, preferably with at least 12 months remaining
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are interested in learning new technologies and helping others to use them
• Have previous experience in customer service or technology support (desirable, but not required).
