Climate workshop 630x380

Climate change news can feel overwhelming, leaving many of us anxious, paralysed, or even hopeless about the future.

This workshop opens up a safe space to acknowledge those feelings and learn how to move beyond them. Through reflective discussion and interactive activities, participants will: Explore what climate anxiety is and why it’s a natural response. Learn tools to reframe despair into constructive action. Discover examples of communities turning worry into positive change. Create personal strategies to stay engaged, resilient, and hopeful.

By the end, participants will leave with a healthier outlook, practical coping tools, and a renewed sense of agency to take small but meaningful actions — individually and together
