  Call for Student Nominations for Academic Council
  Nominations are currently being accepted from eligible students for election to the re-established and expanded Academic Council. An election is being held for one Undergraduate and one Regional Campus representative on Academic Council. Both positions are for a term from 7 April 2015 to 31 December 2015. If you are interested in becoming actively involved in the future of Murdoch University at the highest level, we encourage you to nominate.

  2016 and 2017 Onshore Academic Calendars
  At the meeting on 4 March 2015, Academic Council approved the 2017 Onshore Academic Calendar. Following feedback regarding the negative impact of a four week Winter Term, the length of the 2017 Winter Term has been increased from four weeks to five weeks.

  A Murdoch University PhD candidate is investigating perceptions of email phishing. She is recruiting interview participants who are representative of Internet users who could be expected to be recipients of phishing email.
