  The Public Interest Disclosure (PID) Act 2003 encourages individuals to come forward with information about wrong-doing without their identity being revealed or fear of reprisal. The Act also provides a system for the matters disclosed to be investigated and for appropriate action to be taken.

  Don't thrown your batteries in the bin, bring your ‘dry cell’ batteries for recycling through Murdoch’s new battery recycling programme. Dry cell batteries include AAA, AA, D, 9v, ‘lantern’ and ‘button’.

  Perth Writers Festival author and game designer to give free talks
  Staff are invited to hear multi-award-winning author David Vann discuss fiction on Thursday, February 20 and writer/developer Dan Pinchbeck talk about the world of gaming on Friday, February 21. The two free talks will be held in ECL 2.031A from 12 noon (Thursday) and 11.30am (Friday). No RSVP is required.

  VHS/DVD players in Central Teaching Venues will be permanently removed prior to the commencement of Semester 1 2014. DVDs and CDs can be played on the installed computer in each teaching venue.

The service is free to use and you are welcome to bring in your batteries from home as well as work for recycling.
