To Enrol, you will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

All Domestic and onshore International Students will need a verified USI to enrol. You will need to register your USI with Murdoch as a part of the Self Enrolment Steps (Step 3 – USI Verification).  

Please read the USI information page to ensure you have completed all of the required USI steps prior to enrolment opening to avoid any delays in completing your Self Enrolment Steps.

New international students will be able to enrol but will need to provide their USI after they have arrived in Australia.

Unit selections for 2026

Refer to the online Handbook for your course structure and the 2026 availability of your units.  You should enrol into units for the whole calendar year where possible.

Class Sign Up

Class sign up for units starting in the first half of 2026, 1 Jan to 30 June, (e.g. Semester 1 and Trimester 1 and 2), will open on Wednesday, 5 November at 10am with the exception of Nursing 200 and 300 level units. 

For Nursing 200 and 300 level units Go to the “Class Sign Up” tab on the Nursing community page in your LMS and click on ‘information for class sign up for semester 1 2026’ for details.

Class sign up will be closed over the limited services period (from 4pm Friday 19 December 2025 until 10am Monday 5 January 2026) with the exception of T1, UA4, UW1, YT, UA7, SB7, YU4.

International students

Are you an international student needing a letter to confirm your end of year break? No need to wait until the break begins - you can request a Holiday Letter the moment you are enrolled for 2026, even if your current semester/trimester is still running! Get in early and avoid the queue; submit the completed Letter Request form to studentcentre@murdoch.edu.au once you have enrolled.
