Led by Malaysian national squad member Carrie Tan, Murdoch defeated ECU in the final. Nicole Naik and Daena Chin completed the team with a comfortable 3-0 victory.

The men's team, progressed to the Final after strong wins over Curtin Uni and ECU.  In the final they met UWA who had the state's #1 ranked player.  After some strong resistance from our Murdoch team UWA prevailed.
